Ahaban Peace Cup

Ahaban partnered with a local NGO (Gomoa Soccer For Change) to create a 4 game tournament to promote peace amongst the youth in the Gomoa Fetteh Area just before the elections in Ghana (Accra) The first 2 games will be played on the 27th of November and the final two on the 2nd of December 2016. Gomoa Soccer For Change is an initiative of 3 local coaches in the Gomoa Fetteh communities to create football teams to engage the less priviledged kids in the community, keep them off the streets, out of trouble and also give them a platform to nurture and grow their talent. Gomoa Fetteh is a coastal town in the Central Region of Ghana, located off the Akotsi Junction on the Accra-Winneba highway.
